Why We Founded NextGen
NextGen was built on a simple belief: professional-level training should be available to everyone, regardless of income, cultural background, or skill level. Sports should bring people together, not divide them.
The rise of "club sports culture" created steep financial and exclusivity barriers. As specialization and private training took over, some sports developed an elitist edge, leaving behind talented athletes who couldn't afford the price tag on success. NextGen exists to tear those barriers down.
"Our staff, management, and owners came from the same place as the athletes we serve. Our mission is to give them the resources and assistance we wish we'd had in their shoes."
